Ground Pork/Breakfast Sausage (4lbs)

All bacon and hams are nitrate free cure.

BACON TIP - Mangalitsa is known for it’s light and creamy fat, we recommend not cooking this bacon until crispy as this delicate fat will render out completely and the meat may be left too salty. Cook until done, with fat still remaining.
