Cider Brined Mangalitsa Pork Shoulder

INGREDIENTS
3-4lb Mangalitsa Pork Shoulder
3 Garlic Cloves Slivered
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
5-6 Onions, 1/4 Slice
3/4 Cup, Unfiltered Apple Cider

INSTRUCTIONS
Score Fat
Make Slits & Insert Garlic season well with Salt + Pepper
Brown Meat & Set in Roasting Pan
Saute onions in olive oil until soft add salt and caramelize
Stir in cider
Cover Pork in onion mixture
Cover Pan tightly
Roast in oven at 325 for 3+hrs.
Set roast aside and skim fat/reduce onions and liquid.
