Whole Mangalitsa hogs fully broken down and processed are $9.00 per pound based on the total hanging weight. Whole hog hanging weights are typically in the 220-260 range.

We include full processing - breaking down into cuts, curing and smoking hams and bacon, ground pork, packaging, and freezing. All cuts are retail quality plastic wrapped and labeled. Whole hogs include 14-15lbs of rendered and packaged lard.

We require a nonrefundable $400 deposit paid at check out.

Orders will be ready June 2025, likely the 2nd week. Customers will be notified when orders are available for pickup at the processor in Spring Valley, WI.

BACON TIP - Mangalitsa is known for it’s light and creamy fat, we recommend not cooking this bacon until crispy as this delicate fat will render out completely and the meat may be left too salty. Cook until done, with fat still remaining.
